The coaches at the College of San Mateo firmly believe that each and every young man that enters the program is a student/athlete.

The overall philosophy of the CSM football program is to develop each and every member into a better student, a better athlete, and a better football player so that they may continue their academic and athletic careers after the College of San Mateo
