The hard work exhibited by the players, coaches, and support staff has paid off as the College of San Mateo football program has once again produced an impressive crop of student athletes who are moving on and continuing both their education and athletic careers at 4 year institutions.

John Madden from College of San Mateo and Warren Moon out of West Los Angeles College have been inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.

His play and determination on the field quickly grabbed the attention of the recruiting staff at San Mateo who offered Harris the opportunity to play for the Bulldogs and receive an education at the northern California junior college.
