On February 25, College of San Mateo Dean of Physical Education and Athletics Andreas Wolf was interviewed by KCBS radio in response to a news segment citing a report that community college athletic classes were slated for budget cuts.
In the interview, Wolf explained how these classes play a significant role in the overall development of the student athlete population who will earn degrees, find gainful employment and contribute to society and the economy.
