That is why CSM has created the Career and Workforce Hub to connect Career and Technical Education (CTE) students and alumni with employers. The Hub bridges the gap between employers and students by providing students with career exploration and preparation services, and working with businesses to create internships and employment placement.

More than 100 CSM students had the opportunity to hear the former Prime Minister of Australia speak on campus. The Honorable Kevin Rudd, who served as Prime Minister of Australia from 2007-2010 and again in 2013, spoke in the CSM Theatre on September 13 about U.S.-China relations.

This summer, the inspirational former CSM Track Coach Joe Mangan was inducted into the California Community College Cross Country/Track and Field Coaches Association Hall of Fame. The induction ceremony was held August 4 at the group’s annual convention in Walnut Creek.
