CSM is searching for a new College President. The SMCCCD Board of Trustees and campus community are seeking an individual with a record of success who is committed to leading this institution into the future. The College President position details and application link are available on the SMCCCD Employment website.

After successfully launching Phase 2, the team is now moving into Phases 3 and 4 of the project. Phase 3 includes finalizing the configuration for Counseling so students can complete self-scheduled appointments, implementing Early Alerts, adding a texting solution, and configuring form submission from the CRM. Phase 4 includes categorical and other programs, as well as additional services for students such as Success Teams, Success Plans, and Appointment Scheduling. Phase 4 also includes Chat Bots, Assessment and Testing, and other student types such as Returning, Continuing, and Concurrent Enrollment students.

It’s time for an update on the CRM!  The teams have been quite busy over the past few months launching Phase 2 of the implementation and preparing for future phases.  Phase 2 was launched on June 29th and included Enrollment Steps Success Plans, Success Team Assignments, Matriculation Messages and Journeys, Systems Integration, and integration with Single Sign On (SSO) and the Student Welcome & Admissions Letter.
