The trials will feature CSM contenders in every men’s and women’s throwing event.

The Bulldogs won seven of the eight throwing titles in last week’s Coast Conference Championships.

Nikki Uikilifi (Mills High) won three of the four women’s throwing events in the conference championships and will contend for titles and state meet berths at the NorCals. She ranks No. 1 in Northern California in the javelin and No. 2 in the shot put, discus and hammer.

On the men’s side, double conference event champion Evan McDaniel ranks No. 2 in the nation on the junior college circuit in the shot put (55-10 ¼). He is No. 6 in the discus throw and No. 10 in the javelin throw in the NorCal rankings.

Conference javelin champion Zeke Edwards ranks No. 5 in Northern California and conference hammer champion Josh Uikilifi (Mills) ranks No. 3.

Uikilifi is No. 3 in the state in the shot put (53-1 3/4).

CSM also fields strong track entries.
